Last updated: May 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Ariba ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Ariba is a YouTube lead generation tool that searches publicly available YouTube channel data to help users find potential business leads. The Service uses the YouTube Data API v3 and processes publicly available channel information including channel names, descriptions, and subscriber counts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Ariba offers Free, Lite, and Pro subscription plans. Paid plans are processed via Razorpay and provide 30 days of access from the date of purchase. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). There are no automatic renewals — each purchase is a one-time payment for 30 days of access. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass the Service's systems; (c) resell or redistribute leads or data obtained through the Service without permission; (d) use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

6. YouTube Data Usage

Ariba uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve publicly available channel information. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Ariba does not store video content or any private YouTube data.

7. Lead Data and Emails

Emails found in channel descriptions are publicly visible information that channel owners have chosen to make public. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and Indian IT laws). Ariba does not send emails on your behalf and is not responsible for how you use the lead data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ariba platform, including its code, design, logo, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ariba and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ariba is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of YouTube data. In no event shall Ariba be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
