We collect the following information when you use Ariba: • Account data: email address and encrypted password (stored by Supabase Auth) • Usage data: searches you perform, lead counts, and plan information • Lead data: YouTube channel information you discover through searches (channel names, subscriber counts, public emails, posting frequency) • Payment data: Razorpay order and payment IDs (we never store full card numbers — Razorpay handles all payment processing) • Technical data: browser type, device type, and IP address for rate limiting and security
We use your information to: • Provide and improve the Ariba service • Manage your subscription and billing • Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse • Send account-related emails (password resets, plan confirmations) • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We use Supabase Auth for authentication, which is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Ariba uses the YouTube Data API v3 to search for publicly available channel information. This data (channel names, descriptions, subscriber counts, video upload dates) is public information that YouTube makes available. We store this data in your account to power your leads dashboard. This data is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
We use browser localStorage to store your authentication token and user preferences (such as default lead count and language filter). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (via Settings → Delete Account), all your data — including searches, leads, and seen channels — is permanently deleted from our database. This action is irreversible.
You have the right to: • Access your data: All your data is visible within the Ariba dashboard • Export your data: Use the "Export CSV" feature to download your leads • Delete your data: Use the "Delete Account" option in Settings • Correct your data: Contact support to update incorrect information For users in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Ariba is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
